One capsule contains 50 mg Magnesium (from 600 mg magnesium aspartate), 10 mg Calcium, 2 mg Vitamin B₆, 5 mg Niacin (as Niacinamide).

Other ingredients: cellulose, gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium sulfate, vegetable stearate, silica, water.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with each meal.
