1 capsule contains 30 mg Pycnogenol® (Pine Bark Extract), 25.5 mg Proanthocyanidins.

Other ingredients: maltodextrin, gelatin, cellulose, water, vegetable stearate, silicon dioxide.

As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules with each meal for two weeks. Then take 2 capsules with breakfast.
